The mulled wine stall comes with a trained server and serves both traditional mulled wine and a rich non-alcoholic mulled fruit drink, so there's an option for everyone. Both are Vegetarian Society Vegan certified, gluten-free and nut-free - which matters more than you'd think at a corporate event where someone always asks.

The cart and heating system work indoors or outdoors, and the setup handles hundreds of cups per hour, so queues stay short even at busy events. Your server manages pouring, restocking and guest experience, leaving your team free to enjoy the event. The classic mulled wine aroma helps draw people over, too.

Hire starts at £895 with a server, both drink options and all consumables included. The cart works on mains power; where there's no mains, we bring a generator.

It pairs naturally with the hot chocolate machine for the full winter drinks line, and with the honey roasted nut cart for the smell. Book three or more fun food items together and we'll put a package price together.

The warm spice and citrus carry across a foyer, a marquee or a market square, and people follow it to the counter before they've decided they want a cup. We've been running these stalls from our Rotherham warehouse for years. The kit is ours, the server is ours, and there's no third party between you and the cart on the day.
