Grand Carnival inflatable stall on an event field, with its marquee-lettered sign, red white and blue pillars and four game bays inside

Grand Carnival Stalls

Hire from £795.

Four side stalls under one canopy

The Grand Carnival is a big inflatable fairground stall - Grand Carnival in marquee lettering across the top, bulb lights along the front and inside each game bay, and circus artwork covering the back wall. It reads as a proper stall row the moment it is up, which is the point of it.

Inside there are four classic side-stall games, each one in its own red aluminium flight case with a sunburst backdrop that opens up as the game display: Ring Toss, Fish Bowl, Ball in a Bucket and Tin Can Alley. None of them are as simple as they look from the throwing line, which is what keeps people coming back with another pound.

On a field it does the job a travelling stall row used to do, without the wagon and the generator behind it. Put it between the Dodgems and the food carts and you have the shape of a fair, and it works just as well indoors for the winter events.

The Grand Carnival at Your Event

  • A Stall Row in One Unit

Marquee lettering, bulb lights along the front and circus artwork on the back wall - the inflatable reads as a proper fairground stall row from across the field.

  • Four Classic Games

Ring Toss, Fish Bowl, Ball in a Bucket and Tin Can Alley, each in its own red flight case with a sunburst backdrop that opens up as the game display.

  • Grass or Indoors

The inflatable is designed for grass outdoors or indoor use. Where a site has no grass, we can supply red and white striped gazebos to house the games instead.

  • All Ages

The games hold a corporate audience and stay accessible enough for a family event, so the one stall suits both crowds at a mixed fun day.

  • RPII Certified

Independently inspected to the RPII standard (Test ID 2354), with £5 million public liability insurance and risk assessments available for your venue before the event.

  • Prizes Available

Novelty sweets can be supplied with the hire, or premium prizes from £2.50 each. Say which you want when you enquire and we will build it into the quote.

The four games

Ring Toss - rows of bottles packed into the case, and the throw is a ring over the neck of one. It looks like a game of aim and distance; how much spin you put on the ring ends up mattering a fair bit.

Fish Bowl - a grid of glass fish bowls and colourful balls from the line. The ball fits in the bowl, but only just, and it tends to pop back out on contact with the sides.

Ball in a Bucket - three buckets on the board. The ball drops in and bounces straight back out more often than it stays, and working out why keeps people at the line.

Tin Can Alley - numbered cans in a pyramid, three balls, and every can has to come off the board to win. Where the balls land matters more than how hard they are thrown.

Staffing, prizes and practicalities

The stalls need staffing while they run, and one of our team for up to three hours comes as part of the package. Longer hours are priced with the booking.

Prizes can be arranged alongside the hire - novelty sweets at a basic level, or premium prizes from £2.50 each. If you want the stall branded or fitted into a wider themed setup, mention it when you enquire.

The hire includes:

  • The Grand Carnival inflatable stall structure
  • All four game flight cases, ready to play
  • Delivery, setup and breakdown by our team
  • A stall attendant for up to three hours
  • £5m public liability insurance
  • Risk assessments on request

The stall that dresses a field

A funfair needs a stall row as much as it needs rides - it is what people walk along between goes on the Waltzer, and where the smaller children spend their money while the older ones queue for the Runaway Train. The Grand Carnival gives an event that row in one delivery, one setup and one invoice.

It goes out to the jobs this site is about - works family fun days on a field, fetes, school fairs, town-centre weekends and the Christmas markets, where it moves indoors and keeps going through December.

As the side-stall games come online here - the coconut shies, the high strikers - they can be added around it to lengthen the row. Hook-a-Duck, the Coconut Shy and Hoopla are already standing beside it, and Tin Can Alley and Ball in a Bucket can each be hired on their own to make the row deeper. Ring us on what you have in mind and we will shape the layout.

Common Questions

How much does Grand Carnival stall hire cost?

Hire starts at £795. The delivered total depends on the postcode, duration, staffing hours and whether it forms part of a larger funfair package, which is priced together.

What games come with the stalls?

Four classics, each in its own flight case: Ring Toss, Fish Bowl, Ball in a Bucket and Tin Can Alley. All four are competitive enough for adults and simple enough for children to play.

Does the hire include staff?

Yes - one of our team for up to three hours comes as part of the package, running the games and handing out prizes. Longer hours are priced with the booking.

Can it go on any surface?

The inflatable is designed for grass outdoors or indoor use. Where an outdoor site has no grass - a square or a closed road, say - we can supply red and white striped gazebos to house the games instead.

Can you supply the prizes?

Yes. Novelty sweets come at a basic level, or premium prizes from £2.50 each. Say which you would prefer when you enquire and we will build it into the quote.
