A covered family ride with a sea theme

Sea Storm is a travelling family fairground ride with its cars set beneath a broad covered canopy. The front is painted with ships, waves and sea creatures, with blue-and-white wave panels around the roof and Sea Storm picked out in large lettering above it.

It has a lower profile than the Ferris Wheel or Miami Crazy Dance, but still gives a fairground line-up a complete painted frontage rather than looking like a small activity placed between the larger rides. It suits corporate family fun days, public fairs and private events where the audience includes families.

The complete setup includes the raised deck, covered canopy, cars, central decorative panels and enclosed booth. Tell us who the event is for and where the ride will be positioned, and we will include the applicable rider rules and space requirements with your quote.

    Indoor installation can be considered where the clear height, usable floor area, route into the building and surface all work.

    We quote for events across the UK, with delivery based on the postcode, date, access and the rest of the funfair package.

Space, surface and access

We plan the working area around the ride, queue, barriers and setup access rather than allowing only for the decorated frontage. Send us the usable dimensions and we will tell you whether the position has enough room and clear height.

Indoor hard floors and artificial grass can work, as can outdoor grass, concrete, hard standing, mixed grass and hard standing, or wood chip. The actual levels and ground condition still matter, as does the route from the road to the final position.

Send us the site plan, usable area, surface and photographs of the vehicle route. Gate widths, turns, slopes, overhead obstructions and soft approaches need checking along with the space for the ride.
