Darts turned on its head

The fairground darts stall isn't the darts you know. You get three darts, every dart has to score, and the aim is to score under 20 across the three - which is the opposite of every darts game anyone has played in a pub. The instinct is to aim big, the game rewards small, and that's why proficient pub players tend to go away empty-handed while someone who has never held a dart walks off with the prize.

The unit is our red and white striped Dart Challenge flight-case stall - dartboards recessed in the case, lid open for the backboard, yellow lettering across the top. It runs indoors or outdoors, and like the Tin Can Alley and Ball in a Bucket it sets up on a trestle table with nothing to assemble.

The stall needs staffing and we run it staffed - one of our team for up to three hours comes with the hire, handing out the novelty sweets and keeping the throwing line honest.

The Darts Stall at Your Event

  • Score Under 20

Three darts, every dart must score, and the total has to come in under 20. The opposite of pub darts, which catches out the confident players every time.

  • Dart Challenge Flight Case

The stall is a red and white striped flight-case unit with dartboards recessed in the case and the backboard formed by the open lid - sets up on a trestle table with nothing to assemble.

  • Indoor or Outdoor

A compact 10ft x 10ft unit needing 15ft x 15ft of clear space and 15ft of height, which puts it inside halls and marquees as well as out on the field.

  • Staffed Throughout

One of our team runs the stall for up to three hours, keeping the throwing line honest and handing out the novelty sweets. Longer hours price with the booking.

  • Prizes Included

Novelty sweets come as standard, and premium prizes can be added from £1.30 plus VAT each for the winners who clear the under-20.

  • £5m Public Liability

Five million pounds of public liability insurance as standard, with risk assessments and method statements for your organiser or venue before the event.

Space, surface and access

The unit takes 10ft x 10ft and needs 15ft x 15ft of clear space with 15ft of height - room for the throwing distance, the stall and the queue. It goes indoors on a hard surface or artificial grass, and outdoors on grass or hard standing, so it's a year-round stall.

Being a flight-case unit, it travels on a trestle table, so the access ask is modest. Send us a site plan with the route in and we'll confirm it fits before booking.

Hire starts at £295, with one of our team running the stall for up to three hours included. Premium prizes run from £1.30 plus VAT each if you want them, and the stall front can carry custom branding for the hire period.

It pairs naturally with the other flight-case games - the Tin Can Alley and Ball in a Bucket - and a row of stalls on one delivery prices together more cheaply than each hiring alone. Tell us what else is coming on the day and we'll shape the row.
